I had a mixed experience at Le Meridien Vienna. while the location is fantastic and the staff, particularly Daniel, provided excellent service, I faced numerous issues during my stay. The housekeeping was inconsistent, and I encountered problems with the minibar and breakfast service. which left me feeling frustrated.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, although I found the design lacking functionality in storage and unpacking space. Additionally, one of my room windows faced another building, which reduced the overall appeal.
Service
5.0
The service varied significantly. while some staff went above and beyond to assist, there were instances of poor communication and a lack of follow-up on reported issues, especially in housekeeping.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Vienna, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. I'd say the location is one of its best features.
Dining
5.0
The dining options included a broad breakfast buffet, though I felt it didn’t fully justify the price. I also found that some items were not replaced timely, which was disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel offers an array of facilities and good WiFi connectivity, there were hiccups in housekeeping services and the overall functionality of the room design could be improved.

I had an really good stay at Le Meridien Vienna, though initial issues with air conditioning slightly marred my experience. The hotel staff was amazing, quickly addressing my concerns with a pleasant upgrade and thoughtful gestures like personalized letters. The location is unbeatable, right across from the Opera House and within walking distance to major attractions, making it easy for me to explore all that Vienna has to offer.

The extensive breakfast buffet was good, offering a myriad of options that catered to various tastes. However, I felt some in-house dining options could be enhanced to match the hotel’s overall standards.

5.8/10

My stay at Le Meridien Vienna was a mixed bag. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the opera and major attractions, making it super easy to explore the city. However, I encountered some service hiccups, particularly at check-in, where staff could've been more attentive. While my room was spacious and clean, the awkward toilet setup was a bit off-putting. Overall, there were great moments, but a few things could be improved.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and clean, but the glass wall separating the toilet felt awkward and didn't provide much privacy.
Service
6.0
Service at reception was inconsistent; while Romy was helpful, I faced delays with another staff member that left a sour taste.
Location
9.0
The hotel location is unbeatable, just steps away from the opera house and other central attractions, making it ideal for sightseeing.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was extensive with a great variety, but it felt overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, though the staff could improve in terms of handling guest requests more efficiently.

I had a really nice stay at Le Meridien Vienna, enjoying the excellent location and some modern touches that made my experience nice. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options to choose from. However, there were a couple of hiccups like noisy cleaning staff in the mornings and a strange smell in the bathrooms that definitely took away from the 5-star vibe of the place.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fantastic shower and high-quality toiletries. However, the design felt a bit dated, and I noticed some issues like water leaking from the shower door.
Service
8.0
The staff overall were super helpful and attentive, especially at the reception where Stephanie really stood out. Still, I did encounter some lapses such as a missing towel request that wasn’t followed up on.
Location
10.0
The location is unbeatable — super close to major attractions and easy access to public transport. It really made exploring the city a breeze.
Dining
9.0
The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a great variety of hot and cold dishes that appealed to all tastes. Every meal I had felt like a treat.
Facilities
6.0
Amenities like the gym and spa were okay, but I found them a bit overcrowded during peak times. A bit more space would enhance the experience for guests wanting to unwind.

My stay at Le Meridien Vienna had its ups and downs. The location was undoubtedly perfect, as I could easily walk to key attractions like the opera house and the Hofburg Palace. However, I encountered issues with the service, particularly with the concierge who seemed overwhelmed. The cleanliness and modern amenities in my room were commendable, but some minor inconveniences detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The modern design was appealing, though certain features like the seating arrangement by the TV could have been better.
Service
6.0
While some staff members were attentive and helpful, my experience with the concierge was disappointing. It took considerable effort to secure restaurant bookings and activities, which undermined my stay.
Location
10.0
The hotel's central location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore various attractions within a short walk. I felt like I was in the heart of Vienna, which made sightseeing extremely convenient.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a wide variety of options, though the price for three mornings was quite high. The staff managed the dining area efficiently, which somewhat alleviated initial wait times.
Facilities
8.0
I enjoyed the well-equipped amenities and clean facilities. The spa services were great, adding a touch of luxury to my stay, though I didn’t take advantage of them as much as I would have liked.
